I'm a fully qualified mortgage broker, founder of and have been operating my award winning business in Melbourne for over 20 years!
After two decades in the industry and a wealth of knowledge, it’s time for me give back, share what I know and provide brokers with a game-changing resource to save them time and help them serve their clients better.
My business has navigated the GFC and the pandemic and I have seen first hand the economic cycles which has impacted the real estate, banking and financial industries.
I am passionate about doing things differently in the mortgage broking world. I can still remember starting as one of the very few female brokers at just 24 years of age. Fast Forward 21 years and I am so pleased to be surrounded by so many amazing female's in this industry.
In 2018, I rebranded my broking business to Property Before Prada and created bespoke educational programs to help women become more financially savvy and help them to get into the property market.
Standing out and staying true to my brand
I've always loved taking a different approach and avoiding the status quo. Many people have asked me if "niching" my brand limits my customer base to only women and hinders my business's growth. But I've always been confident in my branding because it has a powerful message and story behind it, something that I truly believe in. My own experience as a young woman unable to escape my situation inspired me to share my story and help others, particularly women, understand the significance of financial independence.
so why did i build the brokers bible?
I understand how hard the industry has become
and the pain points of running a successful business. I’ve been there, done that. I have helped thousands of client' secure their funding and literally have come across every scenario under the sun!! Finding the right lending solution is life changing for so many customers. Each loan application has a story, a feeling and a face. It's a goal, it's a dream, it's security and it's the most important thing in someone's life.

and being a mortgage broker is
BUT...▶︎ it can be overwhelming to navigate through the constant influx of information from up to 60 different lenders.
▶︎ from emails to webinars to client appointments and BDM catch ups, it can be a lot to manage on top of the mandatory industry, compliance and regulatory training required to keep industry memberships and stay in business.
▶︎the tiring and time consuming process to sift through various sources, such as aggregator software, bank policies and paid subscriptions (not to mention multiple calls to BDM's) to find the right lender for a clients scenario is exhausting.
▶︎managing a team, writing loans, and staying current with industry trends and interest rates while maintaining a strong client relationship can be challenging in an ever-changing industry.
